RZLVD Shipping

1. Order processing time

Handling time: Orders are received and dispatched to our warehouses within 24 hours of ordering for processing. Some items are available for shipment within 2 days, while other items are made-to-order and require 3-5 days for production. 

Processing time: Many of our items are made-to-order or customized that will require additional days to prepare for shipping. This is our effort to reduce environmental impact and waste. This may cause your order to arrive in various shipments from our warehouses. Production time is 3-5 days normally. 

Exclusions: Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delays: Please allow additional days for delivery if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there are other delays.

 

2. United States Shipping

Standard Shipping: $9.95 for all domestic orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3-8 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

Express Shipping: 14.95 for all domestic orders, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 within the United States lower 48 states. At this time we are not offering free shipping to other U.S. states/territories, nor internationally.

 

3. International shipping

Availability: Limited Availability. We are currently shipping internationally to limited destinations. Please email us if you are unable to check out due to your location. rzlvd@rzlvd.co.

Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, and they change daily.

 

4. Order tracking

Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Tracking: You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

 

5. Lost or damaged packages

Lost packages: If your package is lost, please contact us at rzlvd@rzlvd.co so we can investigate and provide a solution.

Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
